An e-commerce site generates several image sizes for every product and record files for every order, so a store with thousands of products easily reaches hundreds of thousands of inodes. Entry-level plans across the industry are capped at 100,000–250,000 inodes, and that limit usually goes unannounced. Our business plans provide from 400,000 up to 3,000,000 inodes, and we state the figure openly on each plan.
A PHP worker is one uncacheable request your site can process at a time. Cart, checkout, member login and ERP screens cannot be cached, so the worker count directly determines how many customers your store can serve simultaneously. We state the worker count openly on every business plan.
All business accounts are backed up daily to external servers and kept for 30 days. You can start a restore yourself through JetBackup, returning to any day you choose, and restores are unlimited and free. We do not follow the industry's common weekly-backup, paid-restore practice.
