This page sets out current, transparent information about our service standards, our privacy policy, our refund terms and our obligations under personal data protection law.
This agreement applies to services provided over the internet and consists of the rules governing general terms of service use between natural or legal persons and Plus Veri Merkezi San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. You must read it in full before ordering any product or service.
This agreement is concluded between Plus Veri Merkezi San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (hereinafter referred to as "Plus Datacenter") and customers purchasing services provided by Plus Datacenter (hereinafter referred to as the "CUSTOMER"). The subject of this agreement is the determination of the parties' mutual rights and obligations in respect of the purchase and sale of the services and products specified below, ordered electronically by the customer through the Plus Datacenter website, in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Regulation on Distance Contracts and all other applicable legislation and practice.
Following the electronic signature, acceptance or approval of this agreement, the Customer, by participating in that signature, acceptance or approval, acknowledges, declares and undertakes that they have read and understood both the agreement and the Terms of Service as an inseparable and indivisible whole, and that they will comply with all of its provisions and conditions.
This agreement is valid for the duration of any service commitment annexed to it. Where no such commitment has been annexed, the agreement is valid for one billing period and continues for a further billing period unless one party notifies the other otherwise.
In order to raise the quality of its services, Plus Datacenter has resolved to apply the recognised information security management standards TS ISO IEC 27001:2013 Information Security Management Systems, TS EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems, TS ISO IEC 20000-1 Information Technology Service Management Systems and TS EN ISO 22301:2013 Societal Security and Business Continuity Management Systems. A model has been established within Plus Datacenter to implement, operate and continually improve the foremost of these, the TS ISO IEC 27001:2013 Information Security Management System.
The service consists of the servers sent by the CUSTOMER for use in the Plus Datacenter facility, or of Plus Datacenter's dedicated servers, virtual servers, hosting and other services, having the characteristics set out in this agreement, at a price determined through the Plus Datacenter website or by email sent to the CUSTOMER. By confirming the preliminary information electronically, the CUSTOMER confirms that, prior to the conclusion of the distance contract, they have received accurate and complete details of the address, the essential characteristics of the products and services ordered, the price in Turkish lira including taxes, and the payment and delivery arrangements.
The service consists of the CUSTOMER's own server, or a Plus Datacenter dedicated server, hosting service or value-added internet service. The CUSTOMER will house such servers or services in the Plus Datacenter facility for a fee, or will receive service from Plus Datacenter's own servers in that facility. All information relating to the use of the service is delivered to the CUSTOMER at the email address recorded in the customer account created by the CUSTOMER at www.plusdatacenter.com.
Plus Datacenter will provide the services ordered at the customer's request where payment has been made in advance. Plus Datacenter is under no obligation to provide services for which payment has not been made in advance or which have been cancelled in the bank records. Following acceptance of the order and approval of the transaction, all information and passwords relating to the service set out in the order details will be sent to the customer by email and the service will commence.
The scope of technical support is limited to the service provided; the operating system and any software the customer has installed on it fall outside that scope. Plus Datacenter is not liable for interruptions arising from the companies forming the internet backbone, from server failures, from faults caused by customer error, from maintenance work, or from any other event of force majeure.
The customer accepts, and hereby consents, that the contact details they provide will be shared only with official authorities and only where requested for the purposes of a prosecution or investigation. Furthermore, where a court order is issued and Plus Datacenter is not the hosting provider or has no means of intervening in the content, Plus Datacenter will carry out IP address blocking as required by that order.
The CUSTOMER receives from Plus Datacenter the passwords required to manage the service purchased, manages the service themselves, and is therefore responsible for its security. The CUSTOMER accepts that they are personally liable for every action carried out under the "Main User" defined in the system or under any user they themselves have created.
No written, audio or visual content or material served from Plus Datacenter servers may contravene the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Otherwise, liability for all pecuniary and non-pecuniary damage arising or to arise rests with the CUSTOMER.
Responsibility for administering dedicated and virtual (VPS/VDS) servers rests with our customer. Plus Datacenter therefore bears no responsibility for taking backups of such services. Plus Datacenter cannot be held liable for hardware failures that may occur on the servers or for any resulting data loss. Even where a backup system has been configured by our team, checking it and verifying that the backups are usable remains the customer's responsibility.
Across all server, web hosting and reseller hosting services, our company is not liable for backups that become unreachable as a result of hardware failure, hacking or attack attempts, or natural disasters. Our customers are obliged to take their own backups regularly in addition.
Plus Datacenter may terminate this agreement unilaterally at any time. Where Plus Datacenter terminates the agreement or suspends the service, only the unused portion of any fee paid in advance will be refunded to the CUSTOMER. The Courts and Execution Offices of Eskişehir have jurisdiction over any dispute arising in the course of performing this agreement.
These privacy principles set out the rules applied by Plus Veri Merkezi San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. to the collection and distribution of information on the plusdatacenter.com website and its subsites. Your IP address is used to resolve access problems affecting your accounts and sites on our servers, and to identify you and gather general demographic information.
Our site uses cookies for security monitoring and to prevent the same advertisements being shown repeatedly. Information from cookies may be used to present content matching your interests and for purposes such as session security.
Necessary cookies: used to run the site and client area, keep sessions secure and remember your cookie choice (pd_consent, 180 days). These do not depend on your consent.

On our registration form, users must enter their contact details (name, address, telephone, email address and so on), statistical information (such as age and annual income), financial information (card details, account number) and personal identifiers (tax number, identity number and the like). We use the contact details collected through this form to send our users information and promotional material about our company and about companies we select.
Contact details are also used when we need to reach our users, and are shared with official authorities that wish to contact them. Users cannot delete their records from our system on request; all records are retained for security reasons.
Our company applies security measures on this site to prevent loss of information, unauthorised use and unauthorised alteration. Those measures are as follows:
Our site contains links to other sites. Our website plusdatacenter.com is not responsible for the privacy policies or content of those sites.
Our site contains message boards and newsgroups that users may use freely. Please note that information posted there becomes public. You should bear this in mind when providing personal information in those areas.
Following the quotation provided to the CUSTOMER, where the CUSTOMER wishes to purchase the service, payment must be made in advance for the service to commence. The day the service is delivered becomes the recurring payment date and is also the due date for the following billing period.
Where the customer fails to pay for the services received by the due date, they will be in default. In that event Plus Datacenter may issue an exchange-difference invoice and may, at its discretion, charge default interest of 10% per month from the invoice date. Plus Datacenter is registered for e-invoicing. Official invoices are sent through the client panel you registered with, or to your email address.
The refund period for our services is the first 15 days. The CUSTOMER may request a refund for products or services purchased within 15 days of the first payment date, without giving any reason. The money-back guarantee covers only newly purchased products and services produced and provided by Plus Datacenter itself.
Excluded From Refunds: Domain registrations, software licence fees, SSL certificates and similar products and services not produced by Plus Datacenter (that is, obtained from third-party providers) fall entirely outside the money-back guarantee.
For web hosting and reseller hosting services the refund is made in full, whereas for dedicated servers, colocation, virtual servers (VDS/VPS) and cloud servers the refund is made on a pro-rata basis, covering only the unused portion of the service.
In order to issue a refund, Plus Datacenter requires a credit note from corporate customers and, from individual users, the return of the invoice we issued in the month the refund is requested. Any courier or postal costs relating to sending the invoices are borne by the customer.
Refunds are made through the same payment channel used for the original purchase — to the card where payment was by card, or to the same bank account where payment was by transfer — and it is not possible under any circumstances to refund through a different channel. Any taxes applied under the tax legislation in force in Türkiye are deducted from the refund.
The CUSTOMER is notified by email three times over three days in respect of an overdue invoice. At the end of the second day the service is suspended. Data belonging to a suspended service is retained for five days and is then deleted from the system entirely. Where colocation customers fail to pay, after six months Plus Datacenter ceases to bear responsibility for the equipment, including its disposal or failure.
The Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the "Law") grants data subjects the right to be informed about personal data concerning them, to access that data, to learn whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose, and to request its correction or deletion.
Pursuant to Article 13(1) of the Law, applications to Plus Veri Merkezi San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. as data controller must be submitted in writing. Written applications may be made as follows:

In accordance with Article 13 of the Law, Plus Datacenter will conclude applications made to it free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on their nature. Where the process entails an additional cost, the fee set out in the tariff determined by the Board may be charged. An application may be refused, with reasons given, where it would endanger the privacy of others, require disproportionate effort, or fall outside the scope of the Law.
